The location in a very very nice area was particularly good and there were shopping malls and a market nearby. Our rooms were decent size with bags from cars and AC units, as for instance as expected.

I had the most mind-blowing experience during my stay at this hotel. The receptionist, Miss Shorok, was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The availability of under-roof parking was a jaw-dropping convenience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and the service was top-notch. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, so I had a super enjoyable night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Formula 1 Circuit and other tourist attractions. The breakfast selection was EXCELLENT, and the swimming pool was reasonably large. The public areas had a clean and modern style, and the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaners, were incredibly polite and helpful. my experience at this hotel was truly amazing!

The bed here is exceptionally comfortable, the location is good and near everything, breakfast is excellent, and all the staff are cooperative and efficient.

There were a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities and a writing table in the room, really enjoyed that. The hotel was in an amazing location not far from IBIS Malik Road-Jeddah as well as the beach...

Our hotel was in a marvellous and amazing location in the region. Appreciated extremely spacious room with air fresheners, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The hotel had clear guidelines and rules visible to all guests, ensuring a safe environment for everyone. Additionally, the staff at the reception were friendly and service-oriented, providing a warm welcome. The cleanliness of the room was also a positive aspect that stood out.

One minor inconvenience I encountered was the lack of an iron in the room. Although I contacted the reception for assistance, there was a slight delay in the delivery of the iron.

Had facilities needed in my standard queen room, including a safe box, a mini bar and central heating. The breakfast had plenty of excellent food and drinks. The personal was kind. The location met the purpose, it was great and stunning to hyper market.

The hotel staff was poor.

it's cosy base for sightseeing and exploring jeddah. the staff ensures you have a very pleasant time, they are competent and responsive. wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, the property met the demands.

the location was perfect for me as it was close to a major shopping mall in the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, especially Aisha from the reception team who was incredibly helpful. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with air fresheners on the AC units that added a nice touch. The breakfast provided was also delicious and satisfying.

There was one minor issue that could be improved upon. The omelet chef at the breakfast did not speak Arabic or English, and all the omelet orders were spicy.

I was upgraded to an extremely spacious room with air fresheners due to a problem with the standard double room.

It was absolutely fantastic and clean hotel, exactly as described, with caring staff and perfect location to hyper market. Loved decent size room, bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everything was simply nice.
